Spring Conference 2020 Information
Full cost: £170 per person (includes accommodation and all meals)
Deposit: £50 per person – to be paid before 31st January 2020 (non-refundable) Balance: £120 per person – to be paid before 1st March 2020 (see cancellation policy)
If you book after 1st February, the full cost needs to be paid and will depend on room availability.

Cancellation of your booking
The following charges per person apply if you cancel your booking (for whatever reason):
Period of time before arrival date (8th May 2020):
1) Notice given between 1st March 2020 and 31st March 2020):
50% of the total charge – £85 – If you have paid the full £170 you will have refund of £85
2) Notice given between 1st April 2020 and 23rd April 2020):
75% of the total charge – £127.50 – If you have paid the full £170 you will have refund of £42.50
3) Notice given between 24th April 2020 and 8th May 2020):
100% of the total charge – £170 – If you have paid the full £170 there will be no refund
If you need to cancel you need to let DAT know as soon as possible, please.
Note: Cancellation is not the same as insurance. If you want to get all or most of your money back in the event of – for example – illness or family bereavement you will need to take out separate insurance (available from various insurance organisations)
This is optional and up to you to have it or not.
However, DAT are not able to give any advice about how to get the insurance or where from.
DAT reserve the right to use their discretion in exceptional circumstances.
